Things that excite me
- People that set a goal, inspire others to help, and meet the goal.
- Making lists - of anything
- Reorganizing - anything
- Watching storms come in over open water
- Muse sending words to my keyboard I was NOT expecting
- All the cool things Apple’s Leopard can do!
- like, merely clicking spotlight and keying in 12*12 or 144/12, etc., it shows the answer immediately, no pulling out a calculator, and spotlight is always in the top right corner of the computer. It doesn’t get much easier.
- Skype. We so far only use the free computer to computer video feed to talk to England and Tennessee, and yes, sometimes the screen freezes, sometimes it is a bit jumpy, but it is so much fun to talk face to face with people we don’t get to see - and it is free. In fact,
- our Macs have built in iSight cameras and the built in microphones are so good we don’t have to even use a headset like our friends do. So, Leon and I can talk over each other any time we want, grin. They have to pass around the headset, poor things.
I left out Leon on purpose…. he is a given! What excites you?

Never used the iSight. Can’t afford the .Mac charge to activate the services. Thanks for reminding me that I ate over the weekend as well.
Just had a severe thunderstorm at work, close lightning and 2″ of rain. Now it’s nice and cool.
