I'm a bit off balance. I'll write soon tho. My son is about to graduate from high school. I just took him to Kindergarten yesterday. I'm not ready. Really.

I think this is one of my favorite comments, Shelby, because of the subject and the "I'm not ready. Really." I so got it.

I'm so imbalanced that I haven't looked at e-mail much in the last several days. Though your entry is "flippant," it's well thought. And, you are right...life is balanced (the scales just get tipped). Perhaps the questions I need to ask myself are not "how to find balance?" I think the ship is listing and I need to find ballast...or maybe I've got too much on the ship and need to throw something overboard. Maybe...I should just quit whining and get on with it?

Whining serves a purpose, Shelly, - but then so does getting on with it and just adding and removing ballast (Love that analogy! Wish I had thought of it, but glad you did.) Love that you challenged us to think.
