Yesterday went…
except in my head
today’s chance for redemption
is almost dead
Tomorrow brings magic
and a chance to compete
with memories that should probably
take a back seat
…to allow today to remain
just where it should be
in the forefront and counted

so, grin… big… now…
Slow day for business, but big day for dreams (and the schemes to get them) so it was not wasted, not really.
