Today is my first trip outside the U.S. — all the way to Canada, grin. Now, if I said that while we lived in Florida, it would have been one heck of a drive… but from North of Seattle, it’s just an everyday trip for many.
This template is staying for a while, a long while… I went back to it, but added my logo gull to it. I know if you have a smaller screen it may not show all of him… but here’s the thing: He puts a smile on my face every time I click on my blog, because I took the picture (and we know the composition was pure luck) and because he seems to be hugging himself — and we all need hugs occasionally, and we could fit right in there, but we also need to give ourselves a hug now and then… we tend to forget that. So, at the count of three hug yourself. Ready?

Now, send a mental hug out to someone that needs it… oh, thank you for offering to hug me, but today, I’m fine, hug her or him instead…. or him…. how about her?
And the other reason it is OK if he is too big — well, at least the hugging part of him should show on a smaller screen… I hope… so you will still get his hug.
Now, I promise, between all the work I am not used to doing (grin) I will get these posts in during the next 3 or 4 weeks:

The photos from our trip to the train museum in Snoqualmie along with the photo of the view the ride in the old train gives you from above Snoqualmie Falls.
And our friends that said they would call when they got on the ferry, which gave us two hours to get ready… just came without calling. I told Leon that would happen and I even dreamed about it… And there are no chairs in the living room and half of what we own is stacked all over the floor….and they have a toddler… and I have to take a shower… I won’t tell you what I am thinking…..

I know you will enjoy! B.C. is beautiful, and one of my favorite places!
We both loved it, Shelly, we were about ready to just move in that park. Wonder if they would let us be caretakers? Wait, there were horses there, 4 or so, that means cleaning up… Yuck!
