Heads or Tails - School
The Heads or Tails meme by Skittles is lots of fun….If she calls heads you get your choice of what to do with the word she tosses at us, whether it is poetry, photograph, a poem, story, essay, or whatever else you can imagine. If she calls tails, well, we do it her way. Today is heads. The prompt: school.
Overheard at cheerleader tryouts:

Enough already.
…And she goes to sit in the stands.
A girl leans over and states the obvious, “Why did you spell out ’school’? You were supposed to say it, not spell it.”
Her reply, “Mom said if I can’t say anything nice not to say anything at all — and school’s not nice.”
“Well, you still said it, you just spelled it.”
“Duhhh! That’s what you do when you don’t want to say bad word out loud in front of kids.”
