Last night the moon was in the clouds, playing peekaboo with my camera. Just as I would find it in the night sky, either a tree would jump between us or the road would turn more than my body would. Yes, we were driving home, in the opposite direction. Had we not been so tired I would have sweet talked Leon into turning around, I mean, how long could it take driving at interstate speeds?
So. . . no moon pictures, but I do have cloud pictures to share.

Can you find only the good in this photo and ignore any negatives that might be sticking out like a sore thumb? Try it, you just may be pleasantly surprised at just how much good there is out there in this world. This may seem a silly exercise, but like everything else we do in life, practice makes perfect — well close enough, anyway. It is so easy for us to get caught up in the blahs or the frustration of everyday life, or to be so bombarded by negative we wouldn’t see good if it stood up and waved. . . .
Leave a comment, tell me what you found, even if it is just one little thing. Then hop on over to the Only The Good Meme — check out Nancy’s photo and follow the links on the blogroll to others willing to help you practice for the real world that we live in, you just never know what you may find out there.

The gray smudge in the clouds is my broken? camera — but here it doesn’t show up much. . This is from our trip to Idaho recently. Isn’t the country gorgeous?
